Your work stays in your browser
The local Forma workspace stores documents on the device where they are created. The public early-access form does not send personal information to a Forma server.
What is stored
In the local workspace, invoices, quotations, client details, business settings, uploaded logo data, and a workspace profile are stored in browser storage on that device. The app reads this information to show and edit the workspace.
Early-access form
Forma does not submit or store the email and business-name values you enter. They stay in page memory and are cleared when you leave or reload. Your browser may apply its own autofill or form-saving settings.
What that means for you
Your workspace does not sync between browsers or devices and is not backed up by Forma. Clearing browser site data can remove it. Download and keep copies of important PDFs in a place you control.
PDF downloads
PDF files are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device when you choose that action. Forma does not receive a copy.
Third-party services
The public site does not use a database, analytics service, payment gateway, authentication provider, or email service for the early-access form.
